Our Organic Pumpkin Seeds Powder has been newly-introduced in our line-up and is great for kids! It is naturally rich in protein, Iron, Magnesium and Zinc. Whole pumpkin seeds are also a good source of fiber. This podi is low in sodium and spice levels. The spicy variant will be coming soon.
Pumpkin seeds powder can be mixed with rice/quinoa and ghee. It can also be sprinkled on top of curries to add flavor, just like you would use curry powder or chili powder. It can be sprinkled on salads, or mixed with ghee/oil and consumed along with snacks such as Idli, Dosa and Uthappam
