Coconut podi, just llike Idli Podi, is traditionally paired with ghee served with idlis or any South Indian breakfast like dosa, vada etc or even some simple hot rice. You can add coconut powder to any steamed vegetables along with curry powder to make it a great tasting curry. It can also be used as a fairy dust to spice up anything from avocado toast, omelettes and fries, to pizza, pasta and pilafs, or even as a dry rub for your roasts. The possibilities are endless.
